I require callers to:
- say who they are
- say who they’re asking for, if they’re asking for a project, business, or other organization
- think carefully about what they’re sharing publicly
- acknowledge that I will not be held professionally responsible for advice given free and off-the-cuff on a public call
- let me record the call and share the recording
- keep it short and to-the-point so I have time for more questions
- be courteous, kind, and patient
